The Brooklyn Bridge Park Corporation, d/b/a Brooklyn Bridge Park, is the not-for-proﬁt entity responsible for the planning, construction, maintenance and operation of Brooklyn Bridge Park, an 85‐acre sustainable waterfront park stretching 1.3 miles along Brooklyn’s East River shoreline. The Corporation operates under a mandate, embodied by its General Project Plan, to be ﬁnancially self-sustaining, which includes the activation of certain development sites within the project’s footprint.
Brooklyn Bridge Park is governed by a 17-member board of directors appointed by the Mayor of New York City and chosen by the Mayor of New York City, the Governor of New York State and local elected officials.

Public transport: Park is accessible from the 2, 3, 4, and 5 trains at Borough Hall, the R and M at Court Street, the 2 and 3 at Clark Street, the A and C at High Street, and the F at York Street in DUMBO. You can take Citywide Ferry or the Governors Island Ferry to get to BBP.
Players of all ages are welcome to join a pick-up game.
The Pier 2 basketball courts are open daily from 6am - 8pm.
Designed with serious fun and sport in mind, a world-class roller and inline skating rink awaits you on Pier 2. The rink also hosts recreational league play for roller hockey. Skate rental is available on-site so everyone can keep rolling. The rink is operated by New York Skating.

The rubber meets the handball court New York City-style on Pier 2. Get your game on as a duo, or team up with another pair and try to score by keeping the other side from serving back your ball.

The Brooklyn Bridge Park Conservancy Adult Soccer League will be in a 6 v. 6 (5 and a goalkeeper) format, with both men’s and co-ed divisions. Games will be on Wednesday nights and will run for 10 weeks (start/end dates subject to change due to weather). All games will be 50 minutes long and will be played in hour intervals starting between 7 - 10 pm. Each team will play in all time slots.
In addition to the many youth and adult leagues permitted on the field, the Brooklyn Bridge Park Conservancy also offers low-cost soccer leagues for adults and kids in the spring, summer, and fall.
