Group CrossFit Classes typically includes:

  1. Dynamic warm-up, including stretching and mobility work. (approx. 10 minutes);

  2. Strength/Skill/Technique session, designed to improve strength or to become more proficient in a particular Olympic lift or gymnastic movement. (approx. 15 minutes);

  3. WOD or conditioning workout, combining strength and cardio movements with high intensity effort. (ranging from 5-20+ minutes);

  4. Cool down and active recovery stretching session. (approx. 5-10 minutes).

Other Classes:

  • Open gym hours provide our members an additional opportunity to work on various skills, techniques, or to simply do their own work out.   • Fly 45 is a 45-minute high-energy, motivating ride that incorporates interval training, races and rhythm riding, an upper-body series and real-time performance tracking with our signature tech-pack and optional TorqBoard participation. The class ends with an effective, calming stretch, leaving you feeling stronger, de-stressed and supercharged;
  • Fly 60 — this hour-long ride incorporates the same great features of our Fly 45 - interval training, races and rhythm riding, an upper-body series and real-time performance tracking;

  • Fly 90 — this 90-minute class is designed to power you in a supportive and motivating atmosphere. It features high-intensity interval training, races and rhythm riding, two upper-body series and real-time performance tracking with our signature tech-pack and optional TorqBoard participation. We recommend that riders have experience with Fly 45 or Fly 60 before taking Fly 90;

  • Flywheel Dual Rides & Team Rides — Strength in numbers. These special 45-to-90-minute rides feature two or more Flywheel instructors;

  • Flywheel Theme Rides — These 45-to 90-minute classes are built around a musical (pop, grunge, rock, or hip-hop), pop culture or exercise-related theme;

  • FlyBeats — High-energy, endurance ride found only in a Flywheel Stadium. With RPM dictated by the rhythm of the music;

  • Power 30 —  If you want to step up your fitness routine, look no further than Power 30, a speedy, 30-minute workout that can be squeezed into your busiest days.

FlyBarre Programs:

  • FlyBarre 60 — This music-driven class is our traditional 60-minute format, which includes an efficient total body workout that chisels, defines, and lengthens your muscles;
  • FlyBarre Sport — Everyone can benefit from the power of this upper-body and core-focused class. Expect heavier weights, cardio blasts and beats;
  • FlyBarre Power 45 — For those with jammed schedules, Power 45 delivers the energy and effectiveness of a classic FlyBarre 60 class, but packed into a 45-minute punch;
  • FlyBarre Arms & Abs — This 50-minute format  is designed to take your upper body workout to the next level by strengthening and defining your arms, core, chest, and back;
  • Tone and Stretch 60 — A perfect class for FlyBarre first-timers, or those looking to refocus on the fundamentals of our method.
