How Classes Work

  • We provide daily programming that typically takes 1-1.5 hours to complete;
  • Monday/Tuesday/Thursday/Friday/Saturday are designed to be the full competition training program;
  • Wednesday/Sunday are focused more on technique, recovery and accessory strength;
  • Athletes are allowed to perform their own programming, make up another days work or simply work up to a heavy lift;
  • All athletes warmup and mobilize on their own. The coach(es) will be working the room speaking with each of the athletes to establish their training for the day and providing feedback as necessary;
