  • Fundamentals — Regardless of a person’s past athletic experience or current level of fitness, everyone who first comes to Angelino CrossFit is provided with the opportunity to learn about basic techniques, terminology, pre-workout warm ups and exercises before participating in regular Angelino CrossFit classes. Fundamentals classes are kept to very small sizes to ensure one-on-one attention. As you work through the six consecutive sessions you and your fellow newcomers will learn about the correct form for basic, functional CrossFit movements, and slowly work up to increase your level of intensity. Fundamentals is the perfect place to ask questions and make some new friends before transitioning into our regular classes;
  • Test-Out — If you are already familiar with CrossFit methodologies and have trained in another certified location, you may be eligible for Angelino CrossFit’s Test-Out option. We offer a one-hour private session with our trainers to review your fitness level and knowledge of CrossFit. If you are able to demonstrate competency in CrossFit movements, you may wish to consider this Test-Out opportunity.

Programs for Group Training:

  • Semi-Private Training — With semi-private training, clients are grouped into classes of up to six participants. Each trainee starts with in-depth instruction for the foundational barbell exercises and is then placed on a customized strength training program to suit their individual goals. Every session is conducted under the watchful eye of an experienced coach who is there to guide, correct and motivate. The small class size ensures that each trainee gets the attention and real-time feedback they need to maximize their progress in the gym and get the best possible return on their training investment;
  • Barbell Club Open Gym — Once a trainee has worked with a staff coach and has demonstrated proficiency in the basic barbell lifts, they will be eligible to join our barbell club sessions and begin taking ownership of their training. Each client will be given a customized, regularly-updated training program designed to help them reach their individual goals. A qualified staff coach will be available during barbell club sessions to provide ongoing support and help clients navigate the ups and downs of their training program.

Programs for Private Training:

  • Intro To Barbell Training (the starting strenght metod) — In this two-hour private clinic, you’ll learn to properly and safely perform the basic barbell lifts that form the foundation of the Starting Strength program. We’ll show you how to warm up, how to choose your appropriate starting weights, and how to arrange the exercises into a productive training program that will produce incredible increases in strength and performance. We’ll also cover basic nutrition guidelines and equipment recommendations so you’ll have all the tools you need to train effectively on your own;
  • Technique Check-Up — If you’re familiar with the basic barbell lifts but are struggling with proper form, frequent resets or nagging injuries, our Technique Check-Up sessions are an affordable way to get you in front of a qualified coach and back on the path to progress. During this 90-minute one-on-one session, you'll have up to three lifts evaluated and corrected in real time by a certified Starting Strength coach. You'll also have the opportunity to discuss strategies for optimizing your programming, diet, conditioning or any other important aspect of your training.

As an instructor, Ron Eustis is able to create diverse fitness programs targeted to a client’s specific needs.

He specializes in strength training, aerobic conditioning, weight loss, and balance training. He can help you, whether your looking for a fitness kick start, seeking a balanced fitness and nutrition program, or wanting to lose fat and gain muscle.

Programs:

  • Personal Training — Work with a certified Personal Trainer to develop a program targeting your health and fitness goals;
  • One on One Boot Camp is a hardcore fitness training session. In the military style of boot camp, your heart will be pumping, your lungs will be burning, your muscles will be screaming, and you will be getting in great shape. Unlike those large class boot camps, great attention will be paid to form and technique;
  • Cardio Kick Boxing teaches the client the skills of a martial artist while creating the strength and endurance training of of a boxer. Through this specialized training you will increase balance, strength, and flexibility while burning body fat. You will also learn valuable self defense skills;
  • 30 Minute Pump — Pump is a dynamic half-hour private training session designed to target specific areas of the body to strengthen and tone;
  • Human Ball Machine — This for all those tennis players out there who can’t find reliable hitting partners. I have been playing tennis for over 20 years and have been know to be as consistent as a ball machine. You can work on your serves, lobs, overheads, volleys, ground strokes, or play a set;
  • Introduction To Strength Training — The Fearless Fitness Introduction to Strength Training Class will teach you the fundamentals of strength training. You can learn proper weight training form and technique in three easy sessions. This class is offered to small groups or individuals.
