Basics:

  • Classes will be one hour each week. And will run for seven weeks;
  • No experience required, this is an open level class;
  • Everyone signs up as an individual.

  • Fly 90 — Not for the faint of heart, this 90-minute class is designed to power you in a supportive and motivating atmosphere. We recommend that riders have experience with Fly 45 or Fly 60 before taking Fly 90;
  • Flywheel Dual Rides and Team Rides — These special 45-to-90-minute rides feature two or more Flywheel instructors who teach as a (dream) team;
  • Flywheel Theme Rides — These 45-to 90-minute classes are built around a musical, pop culture or exercise-related theme;
  • FlyBeats — It fuses the precision of rhythm riding with fun, athletic choreography and our proprietary technology to create a high-energy, endurance ride;
  • Power 30 — This is speedy, 30-minute workout, that’s the perfect complement to our signature FLY 45.

FlyBarre Classes:

  • FlyBarre 60 — Our traditional 60-minute format, which includes an efficient total body workout;
  • FlyBarre Sport — This is upper-body and core-focused class. Expect heavier weights, cardio blasts and beats;
  • FlyBarre Power 45 — The energy and effectiveness of a classic FlyBarre 60 class, but packed into a 45-minute punch;
  • FlyBarre Arms & Abs — This 50-minute format is is designed to take your upper body workout to the next level by strengthening and defining your arms, core, chest, and back;
  • FlyBarre Tone and Stretch 60 — A perfect class for FlyBarre first-timers.
