Integrated Stretch focuses on slow resistance stretching to increase flexibility and mobility while creating a lengthened and lean body. We use props such as foam rollers, magic circles and resistance bands to challenge balance, tone and ease of movement. Utilizing a mix of various Dance, Pilates and Yoga techniques this class is great for all levels.

Tai Chi Hollywood offers Tai Chi group classes and private sessions in the West Hollywood area of Los Angeles.
At Tai Chi Hollywood we teach Tai Chi, Qi-Gong, Meditation, Sword, Push Hands and other Martial Art forms that enhance overall well being by approaching the internal aspect, the root of it where it all begins and bring it out.
Learn the 47-movement short form created by Cheng Man Ching, the traditional 108-movement Yang Style long form, the traditional Yang Style straight sword form, and Push hands (Tui Shou) with its’ applications.
We will encourage and help you learn physical exercises that are right for you: Tai-chi, Chair Exercise, Qigong, walking, etc.
All of the activities will be organized by age-group as well as interest. And we encourage people to become volunteers at the Lounge, keeping the doors open, looking after one another, teaching classes. When there is enough interest in an activity and when we can identify someone to teach or lead an activity, Far East Lounge is the place to do it.
In the evenings, the space will be available to community groups (use fees may apply) for karaoke, business meetings, exhibits, rehearsals, etc. We are planning lots of "special events" as well.
The CBTA USA provides great lectures and hands-on corrections for practitioners in order to deliver the best teaching quality. This is why no drop-ins are allowed here at the academy.
Most of our practitioners have previous experiences in modernized Taijiquan or Yoga. This is the academy that offers the same standard and practical methods as taught in classical Chen Family Taijiquan and yoga lineage.
