Warrior Fit LA encompasses all aspects of fitness. We offer private and specialized training, boot camp and group classes (ocean view or park setting), nutrition counseling, self defense training, MMA training and more.
All of Foxy and Fierce Women’s Kickboxing Bootcamp classes are one hour and each class includes 25 to 30 minutes of strength training using free weights and other equipment and 25-30minutes of real Muay Thai (kickboxing) conditioning drills. Shadow boxing, hand mitt, kicking pads, and heavy bags are incorporated into every class. It is encourage to attend 5 days a week to get a proper full body workout with out over-training your muscles and to continually progress your kickboxing techniques (see below for weekly schedule). Instructors will vary the workouts from week to week to continually “shock” the body to lose weight and build muscle. We like it because it keeps our clients engaged and they never got bored of the same workout so every class feels new and exciting.
In order to accommodate both beginner and advanced clients in one class exercises and drills are modified to the clients specific needs so no matter what your fitness level you are always pushed, challenged, and continually learning.

These one-hour classes offer a full-body workout. Classes typically include 10-15 minutes of warm-ups, 30-40 minutes of punching and kicking combinations, and 5-10 minutes of cooldowns and core workouts.
The kids program is available for kids ages 7-12.
Instructor — Joe Kim. He has over 15 years of experience training in martial arts including kickboxing, Tae Kwon Do, boxing, Brazilian Jiu Jitsu, MMA, and wrestling. He also has almost 10 years of experience in teaching martial arts, specializing in developing students into well-rounded athletes and martial artists.

Our kids program utilizes our very own Full Force Fighting Systems. FFFS combines the best elements of Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu (BJJ), Kickboxing, MMA,Judo,Wrestling and self defense.
Blackout Kickboxing train wide range of individuals, from experienced fighters to complete novices, learn and develop kickboxing techniques including striking, footwork, defensive maneuvers, and stamina-building exercises.

Christos Giagos — He is a kickboxing instructor and also a certified CrossFit instructor. High school MVP wrestler. CrossFit L1 certified trainer, Personal trainer. NPC men's physique competitor, 4 gold medals in jujitsu tournaments won out of 5, Gold medal in pankration tournament Grapplers Quest 2009. Former Respect in the Cage Champion, Former tach palace Lightweight Champion, Former RFA lightweight champion, UFC vet (11-5 pro record).
