Group Reformer Classes:

  • Mixed-Level: Suitable for beginners and those with experience. Moderate pace with active cueing from instructors on how to modify exercises to your level;
  • Intermediate: Moderate pace with coordination and strength challenges and ample recovery intervals;
  • Advanced: Vigorous classes with a fast pace and demanding exercise sequences for those with experience;
  • Ageless Pilates: Group Reformer Classes for ages 50+. Full-body workout with a moderate pace, restorative stretching, balance challenges and core strength-building;
  • Abs-on-Fire: 30-minute Group Reformer Class that targets the core abdominal muscles. Fast-paced for experienced Pilates exercisers;
  • Buns-on-Fire: 30-minute Reformer Class. Mixed-level, focusing on hips, thighs and legs.

Private Classes — We carefully design a personalized Pilates routine based on a Health and Fitness Evaluation conducted at the initial session. Working one-on-one with the same instructor each week, your routine is updated and varied as your fitness needs change. Many of our clients build strong rapport with their trainers and find the supportive relationship invaluable in achieving their goals. Private sessions are 55 minutes in length and made by appointment.

Duo Sessions — You exercise side by side with a partner. Though your session is shared, your routine is tailored to your needs and you are given individualized attention. Either you bring your own partner or, in some cases, we are able to partner up clients. Duos are 55 minutes in length and scheduled by appointment.

Instructors:

  • Kiyomi Emi — A lifelong dance and fitness enthusiast, Kiyomi Emi was so inspired by Pilates that she became a Certified Pilates Instructor in 2000 studying under Master Teacher, Marie Jose-Blom;
  • Kathleen O’Neil — She has worked with Physical Therapists at Health Quest Rehabilitation Facility and for Dr. Allen Letgolts aiding patients with chronic physical issues. From classical ballet training to a recently completed mini-marathon, Kathleen has taken her lifelong enthusiasm for fitness into a love for instruction;
  • Patti Hernon — Patti Hernon has been teaching dance, yoga and Pilates since 1991. She directed creative movement programs for children at Montessori schools.  With a background in modern dance, she has performed with the Rudy Perez Ensemble and Melinda Ring Dance Project.  She has been certified as a Personal Fitness Trainer by the American Council on Exercise since 2001;
  • Marybeth Kane — Jacqueline is a proud graduate and Certified Instructor of the internationally renowned BASI Pilates®, Body Arts and Science International. She holds an Xtend Barre Certification and has extensive experience teaching Pilates in West LA. She began Pilates in 2003 doing mat videos on her living room floor! From the start, she loved the distinct combination of stretch and strength conditioning.

  • Jason Goldberg — Jason is a native of West Hollywood and has always been a healer. Due to his sedentary desk job, he was inspired to take Pilates. It not only changed his body but his life, having left corporate America in 2014 to begin Pilates training. Jason is Polestar Certified, classic Pilates trained, with a special focus on rehabilitation and healing the body through movement;

  • Tomono McNamara — Tomono discovered Pilates in 2008 after relocating to Los Angeles from Japan. Previously, she worked as a fitness and dance instructor for close to a decade in Japan. She received comprehensive teacher's training certifications from Body Art and Science International in January 2009;

  • Brittany Worlinsky — Brittany is certified in the Classical style of Pilates from the Pilates Technique Certification Program with Jill Cassady. Brittany has taken specialized classes using the Pilates chair and reformer. In addition she has participated in workshops on lower body injuries, Pilates mat, and the power of touch;

  • Lee McCarthy — Lee, a pilates instructor for 30 years. As a former gymnast and dancer, Lee recognized the many benefits of the pilates method. She has studied with Ron Fletcher and worked extensively in movement rehab. Lee's influences include master instructors such as Eva Nemeth, Ron Fletcher, Julie Horvath, and Finis Jhung Ballet;

  • Lucia Gervay — Lucia is a native of Brazil, where she had been working for many years as a Director and Coordinator of a prestigious health club. There she developed an effective weight loss-program combining Land-Based & Aquatic-Based Training exercises. Lucia is Pilates certified by Equinox and BASI Pilates.
