Core Body Studio is a rental facility for professional Pilates and Gyrotonic instructors. Our instructors offer body work that is based on core strength, flexibility, balance, posture, muscle tone, range of motion and the integration of mind and body.   • Jess Zadok — As one of the Top Master Trainers for Club Pilates, Jess brings us 8 years of experience in Pilates, Barre, TRX, Trigger Point, indoor cycling. Jess joined the Club Pilates team three years ago and has led and assisted seven of the Club Pilates Teacher Training Certifications across the U.S.;
  • Chrissa Villanueva — Her training background involves a Pilates Certificate in Mat + Reformer through Pilates Sports Center Encino, Full Body Anatomy by Julie Rhyne of X-Treme Pilates, and Spin Instructor Certification from Mad Dog Athletics;
  • Julia Martin —  She became a certified Barre instructor in Portland, Oregon but when she and her husband moved to LA she decided to pursue Pilates;
  • Alisha Mullally — CSULB is where she found a love for Pilates learning from Karen Clippinger and later certifying in BASI Pilates with a specialization in dance;
  • Jeff Miller — He rapidly progressed through Whole Body Method's Classical Certification program and is just finishing a second Classical Certification through Mind 2 Body;
