Iron Pile Powerlifting – Based on the foundations of the Squat, Press and Deadlift. The mechanics of these movements carry over into every aspect of CrossFit and our first priority is proficiency in those movements. Much like CrossFit, the loads, volume, intensity and programming can all be scaled to the individual athlete. So whether you want to test the limits of your strength or simply get that first Pull-up this class will be tailored to each Athlete’s needs.

Instructor — Scot Mendelson has done many athletic endeavors during his life from boxing, football, baseball, Greco Roman Wrestling, powerlifting and bodybuilding. Although strength training is his main channel, Scot Mendelson has won the Arnold Schwarzenegger classic. He is a 5 time WPC world champion powerlifter. A four-time APF national champion powerlifter. He has 64 world records in bench press. Those world record span in many different weight classes.
