Class Preparation: Please arrive before class starts; at least 20 minutes to change to uniform and prepare for warm up exercises. Uniforms and are provided following registration, however, please prepare workout clothing, socks, and kung fu style shoes for the first week. The instructor follows a sequence of exercises to warm up the body, build strength and flexibility, all building up to individual training and advancement. The class is more or less divided into two hours, the first hour includes all students participating in class training together and the second hour students will focus on individual and personalized training. The instructor will pay close attention to each students individual progress and will be observing daily condition, as well as weekly and monthly overall improvement. We encourage each student to bring a water bottle, small towel and a gym bag.

Instructors:

  • Irene Razze — Irene began practicing Pilates in 1998 while attaining a Bachelor’s degree in dance at University of the Arts in Philadelphia, PA. Irene is now an Assistant Teacher on the Pilates Technique Certification program with Jill Cassady and Nancy Preimesberger, based here at CPB;
  • Dianne Gard — She is a certified Pilates teacher with the Pilates Method Alliance. Dianne’s training includes the esteemed Power Pilates of New York City. She has been fortunate to work in New York City, Chicago, and her hometown of Cincinnati, Ohio with clients up to 90 years young;
  • Ania Krawiec — In 2009 Ania  received her Pilates certification in "Classical New York Style" Pilates through Pilates Technique,  in Los Angeles, California. To expand on her interest of the bodies mechanics, in India 2011 Ania completed her teacher training in Sivananda Yoga;

  • Megan Strand — Megan was first introduced to Pilates in college while studying dance at the University of Nevada, Las Vegas where Pilates was used as a part of the dancer’s conditioning. After graduation, Megan moved to Los Angeles and continued practicing Pilates in many different styles before deciding to pursue her certification in the classical style;
  • Denise Kosec — Denise has been in the Fitness and Wellness industry for over 35 years.  Her certifications and experience are in group fitness, private fitness training, massage therapy, energy healing, yoga and Pilates.  All through her childhood she was an athlete and also studied classical ballet at the Cleveland School of Ballet;

  • Monika Porkert.

  • Fly 60 — this hour-long ride incorporates the same great features of our Fly 45 - interval training, races and rhythm riding, an upper-body series and real-time performance tracking;

  • Fly 90 — this 90-minute class is designed to power you in a supportive and motivating atmosphere. It features high-intensity interval training, races and rhythm riding, two upper-body series and real-time performance tracking with our signature tech-pack and optional TorqBoard participation. We recommend that riders have experience with Fly 45 or Fly 60 before taking Fly 90;

  • Flywheel Dual Rides & Team Rides — Strength in numbers. These special 45-to-90-minute rides feature two or more Flywheel instructors;

  • Flywheel Theme Rides — These 45-to 90-minute classes are built around a musical (pop, grunge, rock, or hip-hop), pop culture or exercise-related theme;

  • FlyBeats — High-energy, endurance ride found only in a Flywheel Stadium. With RPM dictated by the rhythm of the music;

  • Power 30 —  If you want to step up your fitness routine, look no further than Power 30, a speedy, 30-minute workout that can be squeezed into your busiest days.

  • FlyBarre 60 — This music-driven class is our traditional 60-minute format, which includes an efficient total body workout that chisels, defines, and lengthens your muscles;
  • FlyBarre Sport — Everyone can benefit from the power of this upper-body and core-focused class. Expect heavier weights, cardio blasts and beats;
  • FlyBarre Power 45 — For those with jammed schedules, Power 45 delivers the energy and effectiveness of a classic FlyBarre 60 class, but packed into a 45-minute punch;
