We recommend that riders have experience with Fly 45 or Fly 60 before taking Fly 90;
Flywheel Dual Rides & Team Rides — Strength in numbers. These special 45-to-90-minute rides feature two or more Flywheel instructors;

Class Preparation: Please arrive before class starts; at least 20 minutes to change to uniform and prepare for warm up exercises. Uniforms and are provided following registration, however, please prepare workout clothing, socks, and kung fu style shoes for the first week. The instructor follows a sequence of exercises to warm up the body, build strength and flexibility, all building up to individual training and advancement. The class is more or less divided into two hours, the first hour includes all students participating in class training together and the second hour students will focus on individual and personalized training. The instructor will pay close attention to each students individual progress and will be observing daily condition, as well as weekly and monthly overall improvement. We encourage each student to bring a water bottle, small towel and a gym bag.
Ania Krawiec — In 2009 Ania received her Pilates certification in "Classical New York Style" Pilates through Pilates Technique, in Los Angeles, California. To expand on her interest of the bodies mechanics, in India 2011 Ania completed her teacher training in Sivananda Yoga;
Denise Kosec — Denise has been in the Fitness and Wellness industry for over 35 years. Her certiﬁcations and experience are in group ﬁtness, private ﬁtness training, massage therapy, energy healing, yoga and Pilates. All through her childhood she was an athlete and also studied classical ballet at the Cleveland School of Ballet;
