The structure of our general CrossFit sessions will be:

  • Roughly 30 minutes focused on warm up, flexibility, and increasing range of motion. (When done properly, this is a workout in itself! Do not overlook the benefits of this portion of an exercise program, CrossFit or otherwise!) We never shorten or cut from our warm up/mobility sequence;

  • Roughly 20 minutes focused on strength and coordination building exercises. Ex: Squat, Front Squat, Clean, Snatch, Hand Stand Push Up, Double Unders, and other Olympic Weightlifting and Gymnastic elements;

  • A Workout Of the Day (WOD) that ranges in duration from 6-20 minutes depending on the day.

  • Upper body sculpt is a 60-minute class designed to sculpt and tighten the muscles of the upper body. It focuses on the major muscle groups, turning the body into a fat burning machine that will last for the next two-three days. (warm up, stretching, and cool down included);
  • Lower Body Sculpt is a 60-minute class dedicated to the lifting and reshaping of the legs and butt. It focuses on bigger movement exercises that trigger the muscle fibers toward overall transformation as well as isolating the individual muscles to ensure tighter, firmer leg shape. (warm up, stretching, and cool down with foam rollers included);
  • Upper Body Isolate is a 60-minute class that focuses on the smaller “Show Off” muscle groups of the upper body, giving special attention to the arms and shoulders. This class will work on tightening the shape and appearance of the arms, which will contribute to a slimmer and tighter-looking waistline. (warm up, stretching, and cool down included);
  • Full Body Sculpt is a 60-minute class that dedicates itself to the balance and functionality of the body. Muscles are meant to work together allowing you to perform better in your day-to-day activities. This class will balance your muscles to work with you instead of against you, improving shoulder mobility, lower back and hamstring flexibility, while burning fat. (warm up, stretching throughout, and cool down with foam rollers included);
  • Novo Body Burn is our signature 45 minute HIIT (High Intensity Interval Training) workout. It is designed to raise your heart to optimal levels of fat burning, revving up your metabolism and increasing your muscle endurance. (warm up, stretching, and cool down included).
