Children's Program 5 years and up — We focus on the exercise and training methods used by boxers. We can tailor a program that can be entirely non-contact without actual boxing or sparring.

Professor Sean Fernandez — With 13 years of experience, Sean Fernandez, is a Ribeiro Jiu-Jitsu black belt under IBJJF Hall of Fame brothers Alexandre (Xande) and Saulo Ribeiro. He earned a 2nd degree black belt in Karate and as a Karate instructor he discovered his passion for teaching. Eager to continue growing as a martial artist, he was led to studying Jiu-Jitsu.
Program: Adult Unlimited - Gi Jiu Jitsu
The Adult Brazilian Jiu Jitsu program covers the basic fundamentals of Gi Jiu Jitsu, as well as Advanced Fundamentals for experienced students. Fundamentals include defenses, escapes, passes, controls, and submissions. Classes are 1 hour and 15 mins in length, and begin with Jiu Jitsu specific warm-ups, followed by comprehensive technique drilling, and finished with optional sparring.

Boxing for Actors:
We developed a technique for boxers that we use with actors, singers and anyone else who makes a living in front of a crowd. It’s easy to learn, hard to forget and will dramatically improve your ability to perform.
Trainer Charles "CJ" Ambrose — Being the son of Tiger, Charles has been influenced by boxing from a very early age. His father began taking Charles to the gym when he was about five years old. Participating in various high school sports and distinguishing himself among his peers as a competitive athlete.
After high school, Charles continued his education at college with a focus on massage and physical therapy.
Now 21 years old, Charles trains his clients and has teamed up with his father to teach the "sweet science of boxing" and physical fitness.
