We offer a variety of class options with programming to meet your fitness goals. Want improve your general fitness? Take our All Levels CrossFit classes. Want to improve your cardiovascular fitness, endurance, and stamina? Take our HIIT-X classes. Want to improve your strength and explosive power? Join our Barbell Club.

Programs:

  • Fundamentals — We require each new member to complete 4 Fundamentals classes before participating in a regular class. In these introductory sessions, you will learn how to execute movements properly and progress yourself safely;
  • CrossFit All Levels — Once you've completed our 4 fundamentals classes (or you have 3+ months of prior CrossFit experienece), you're welcome in our all levels classes! Workouts are different everyday and are programmed with the goal of improving all 10 physical fitness skills: endurance, stamina, strength, flexibility, power, speed, coordination, agility, balance, and accuracy;
  • HIITX DTLA — HIITX does not require that you finish fundamentals before attending. HIITX classes are cardio-intensive, bootcamp style workouts. They're longer, higher repetition, and do not incorporate any barbell movements. Workouts are designed to improve your aerobic capacity and stamina. Perfect for people who want a heart pumping, sweaty workout, and for those training for endurance events like triathlons, mud runs, swimming, biking, rowing, or running races;
  • Barbell Club — Barbell club is for members who've completed fundamentals and have at least 3 months of general CrossFit experience. Barbell Club will train olympic weightlifting and power lifting technique and accessory lifts, with the goal of improving your lifting efficiency and strength. Perfect for athletes who are looking to compete in CrossFit or Weightlifting events, or simply for those with a specific interest in olympic weightlifting and strength training;
  • Open Box — This is time during which you can use the gym however you'd like, so long as you don't disrupt our class and respect our equipment. You can complete a workout you missed during the week or work on skills that need practice.

Coaches:

  • Elizabeth Estrada — Head Coach. Liz wrestled for 3 years in high school, making it to the men’s CIF and placing 3rd at women’s CIF championship. She went to Citrus College earning her AA in Kinesiology and Physical & Biological Sciences while competing in Pole Vault, Javelin, and hurdles for 3 years. She transferred to University of La Verne, earning a Bachelors Degree with honors in Movement and Sports Science. At ULV Liz met her Strength and Conditioning Coach who introduced her to the sport of Olympic weightlifting;

  • Joey Fair (Barbell Coach & Chiropractor) — He started CrossFit in the beginning of 2014 while in chiropractic college and has picked up a love for Olympic weightlifting. He graduated from Life Chiropractic College West in 2014 and practices in Westwood, CA.;
  • Blake Altemara — He was the first ever Men's Paleo Challenge winner when training down in Newport Beach with Orange Coast CrossFit back in 2009 and has been Crossfitting ever since. Blake graduated from USC in 2014 with a degree in Business Administration and holds his CrossFit Level-1, CrossFit Mobility, and CrossFit Weightlifting certifications;
