CrossFit & Olympic Weightlifting at FullOut Gym FullOut Gym 1 Photo

We offer our free Intro class three days a week for your convenience. An Intro class is required, even if you’ve previously done CrossFit. During the class, we’ll go over CrossFit basics and get you going on your first Workout of the Day (WOD).

Programs:

  • CrossFit is a comprehensive fitness program that focuses on ten facets of conditioning: cardiovascular endurance, stamina, strength, flexibility, power, speed, coordination agility, balance and accuracy. The workouts vary daily, called a WOD, or workout of the day, and utilize bodyweight exercises, Olympic-style weight lifting, plyometrics, kettle bells, strength training and cardio;
  • Power Training classes focus on the development of muscle through a combination of power-lifting and body-building exercises. Our power training classes have been specifically programmed to promote development in all major muscle groups, with focuses on the lower body, core and upper body;
  • Open Floor;
  • SculptFit;
  • Personal Training.

We are a hybrid gym offering Muay Thai Kickboxing, kettlebells, circuit training, functional strength and conditioning, weight loss and nutrition. Programs:

Strength Foundations

Barbell and Kettlebell:

  1. Proper warm up 10 mins;
  2. Skill work: mostly with kettlebells 10 mins;
  3. Strength: Barbell lift 15-20 mins;
  4. Accessory/body weight resistance training 10 mins (sometimes included in program);
  5. Conditioning: kettlebell and body weight complexes 10-15 mins;
  6. Stretch/Cool down 5 mins.

Fighter Fit:

  1. Warm up 10 mins;
  2. Lower-body resistance training strength sets 10 mins — kettlebell or body weight;
  3. Upper-body resistance training strength sets 10 mins — kettlebell or body weight;
  4. Circuit training using full body metabolic conditioning, core stabilization, aerobic training, power training, resistance training and bodyweight training. 20 mins;
  5. Finisher/Stretch/Cooldown — 5-10 mins.

Classes:

  • HIIT — High-intensity interval training (HIIT) is an enhanced form of interval training, an exercise strategy alternating periods of short intense anaerobic exercise with less-intense recovery periods. HIIT is a form of cardiovascular exercise. Usual HIIT sessions vary from 4–30 minutes. These short, intense workouts provide improved athletic capacity and condition, glucose metabolism, and fat burning;
  • Crushin Core — You want power, strength, a lean body, and that six pack? Crushin’ CORE Movement focuses on building your core, enhancing your balance and stability, and strengthening your entire body. This workout is a short 30 min. strengthening experience that requires persistence, endurance, and the willingness to work in overdrive.

Program:

Yoga 101 — A mix of fast paced yoga with endurance building postures. All levels are welcomed and a yoga background is not necessary.

  • Jose Molina — Jose is a personal trainer at The Boxing District. He was introduced to boxing as a teen and has been in the boxing world for 20 years;
  • Art Jimmerson — He is a trainer at The Boxing District. Art’s style of personal training is focused on teaching technique at the most basic level and building his clients skill level.

Classes:

  • Boxing 101 — It all begins here; boxing is a great workout that requires speed, agility, finesse, power, endurance, and mental toughness. Boxing 101 is a class that will teach you the proper boxing stance, footwork basics and punches. Everything you need to "hit and not be hit";
  • Boxardio — This class will teach the fundamentals of boxing and provide a total workout all in one. "Boxardio" is a one hour group class which includes cardio, core strength and circuit training.
