  • Cardio & Flow — Lose fat and tone up by keeping your metabolism at peak rate for longer. YogaWorks signature CardioFlow, Yin & Yang Yoga, and Vinyasa Flow classes are a perfect pick if you are looking to sweat, detox and build strength;

  • Private Instruction.

Class Levels:

  • Level 1 — Our Beginner classes are powerful, learning experiences in which you will literally re-discover your body, how it works, and what it can do. Level 1 are designed to give you the time and support to understand the proper alignment of yoga asanas (postures) and breathing technique;
  • Level 1-2 — This classes build on the fundamental postures introduced in Level 1 through creative and challenging sequences. Level 1-2 classes are also ideal for learning and practicing the basics of more challenging postures like arm balances, inversions, safely and effectively;
  • Level 2 — Classes are designed to expand on your strength, stamina and flexibility as you master advanced postures like inversions, arm balances, and backbends, as well as demanding sequences. Also, expect teacher to refer to postures in Sanskrit more frequently;
  • Level 2-3 — Classes presume students are familiar with intermediate yoga postures (including inversions and backbends). In these classes you will use your knowledge of postures and breathing to practice exciting, physically demanding and challenging sequences and variations. The pace of these classes is faster, you will go deeper, and your teacher will help you achieve breakthroughs in your practice and your self-awareness. We recommend you have a year of solid yoga under your mat before you join 2-3 classes;
  • Level 3 — Not for the faint of heart, Level 3 classes are geared towards advanced students, teachers and teacher training graduates. Take this class only if you have an excellent degree of fitness. Are you regularly practicing the most difficult poses? Most students at this level already have many years of serious yoga study under their belts.

Pilates Classes:

  • Group Equipment Classes — Participation in a Group Equipment class requires a private Pilates session;
  • Mat Classes — Explore Pilates with our total conditioning mat classes that are included in YogaWorks memberships. Mat classes are a great introduction pilates;
  • Private Instruction — Explore pilates with one-on-one instruction from one of our trained pilates instructors.

Specials for Fighters Membership‎:

  • Fighters must be registered as an amateur boxer w/ USA boxing by jan15th of each year or when membership begins or as a professional fighter w/ an appoved athletic commission;
  • Amateur fighters agree to show up prepared to fight for outlaws boxing gym at local boxing events at least once per each 3 month period after being declared ready to fight by their trainer & for two tournaments such as pal & golden gloves;
  • Professional fighters agree to fight professionally at least twice per year & wear a clearly visible outlaws boxing logo on their trunks for each fight.
