One-on-one sessions and semi-privates allow clients to receive special focused work to achieve their individual goals. Another great plus to a one-on-one session is that you will be able to use all of the Pilates apparatuses including the Reformer, Cadillac, Wunda Chair, Ladder Barrel, mat and a variety of other small apparatus for a challenging and varied workout.

Tomono McNamara — Tomono discovered Pilates in 2008 after relocating to Los Angeles from Japan. Previously, she worked as a fitness and dance instructor for close to a decade in Japan. She received comprehensive teacher's training certifications from Body Art and Science International in January 2009;
Brittany Worlinsky — Brittany is certified in the Classical style of Pilates from the Pilates Technique Certification Program with Jill Cassady. Brittany has taken specialized classes using the Pilates chair and reformer. In addition she has participated in workshops on lower body injuries, Pilates mat, and the power of touch;
Lee McCarthy — Lee, a pilates instructor for 30 years. As a former gymnast and dancer, Lee recognized the many benefits of the pilates method.
