Children's Program 5 years and up — We focus on the exercise and training methods used by boxers. We can tailor a program that can be entirely non-contact without actual boxing or sparring.

Rachel — She is a certified Hatha Yoga instructor and Registered Yoga Teacher (RYT) with the Yoga Alliance. Rachel's style of Yoga integrates asana (postures) and pranayama (breath-work) with her background in dance and pilates.
Yoga 101 — A mix of fast paced yoga with endurance building postures. All levels are welcomed and a yoga background is not necessary.
Our Fitness Kickboxing program is a more casual (though not lacking in intensity) workout including punching and kicking of punching bags and core training.
Kings Combat Sports is a branch of the Jean Jacques Machado Association, one of the best Brazialian Jiu Jitsu organizations in Southern California. The program has produced numerous local and international champions. Our state of the art facility is home to students from all walks of life aspiring to achieve their own personal goals.
