Privat Programs:

  • Custom Programming provides a flexible option for athletes who are unable to fit our group classes into their schedule or prefer an approach tailored exclusively to them. Custom Programming is perfect for athletes with an inconsistent schedule, and/or anyone wishing to supplement strength training into their current regiment. As this program is specially designed to your needs, you decide on the number of training days per week, duration of sessions and your overall focus. In addition, each month you’ll meet with one of our coaches for a one-on-one session to go over your progress and technique;
  • A one-on-one session is the perfect setting to focus on your technique and weaknesses at the convenience of your schedule. Sessions are available with any of our coaches;
  • Remote Coaching — You can now join us remotely via the JDI Barbell Online Weightroom. As a remote JDI Barbell Athlete, you’ll have access to our latest training programs and our online remote-coaching forum where you can submit your training videos for review by our coaches and mix and mingle with other members of the team.

We provide Premier, Travel, Pre-Travel, Development, First Kicks and Special Needs youth soccer programs for both girls and boys that range in age from 3 to 19  years old. We offer Fall, Winter, Spring and Summer Programs.

We also run specialized camps throughout the year that include Academy, Goalkeeping, Striker, Strength & Conditioning and other specialized soccer clinics.  We emphasize commitment, teamwork, sportsmanship and the development of responsible young adults.

Programs:

  • Premier Travel — Our elite groups are professionally trained and participate in a variety of Premier events throughout the country. Leagues that we play in include the Metropolitan  League,  EDP, NYPL, ENY Premier, and Region I Premier. Tournaments that we participate in include Disney's Showcase, Manhattan Kick-Off Classic, Annandale, Jefferson Cup and more;
  • Travel — This Program is one of the largest and most developed in all of New York State. With nearly 30 teams spanning 10 age groups registered every season, we have hundreds of boys and girls playing soccer every weekend throughout our local communities. Here is a little basic information about "Travel Soccer", for parents that are new to the soccer world. Travel Soccer begins at the age of U-9. All of our Travel Soccer Teams are trained by professional trainers licensed under USSF;
  • Pre-Travel — This Program includes Boys and Girls between the "soccer ages" of U7 - U8.  Here is some basic information about "Pre-Travel Soccer", for parents that are new to the soccer world. The ASC teams that participate in Travel Soccer play in one of two local leagues; Long Island Junior Soccer League or the Just Say Soccer League;
  • Development League (formerly Intramurals) — This is comprised of boys and girls from the age of 6-14. Children are trained once weekly by qualified trainers of One Goal Sport, Tuesday and/or Friday evenings and play games on Sunday early afternoons.  The training program follows the US Soccer curriculum on Player Development; small-sided games on appropriately sized fields and goals;
  • First Kicks — This is a program designed for the youngest members. Boys and girls from the age of 3-5 begin their soccer experience under the careful eyes of professional trainers and staff from the Kick Start Soccer Academy. Sessions include instructional training, fun-filled activities and exciting games. All sessions are scheduled for Sunday mornings at our Cunningham Park complex in Bayside. We have Fall, Winter, Spring and Summer sessions;
  • TOPSoccer — This is a training and team placement program for young athletes with disabilities, administered by trainers and volunteers in our Organization. The program is designed to bring the opportunity of learning and playing soccer to any boy or girl, who has a mental or physical disability;
  • Tryouts — All travel teams will have open practices throughout the month of May for tryouts for the upcoming fall season.

Table tennis at American Asian Cultural Center of Tribeca (AACCT) American Asian Cultural Center of Tribeca (AACCT) 1 Photo

AACCT supplies balls and paddles to players free of charge. You should wear sneakers or tennis shoes to play table tennis. Running shoes are not a good choice because they do not have good side-ways support.

Programs:

  • Group;
  • Private;
  • Robot Machine — Practicing with a Ping Pong Robot can be very beneficial. You get to hit a lot of shots in a short period of time, get a great workout, and you can practice getting consistant.
