Each class includes guided warm-up, the programmed workout, which will focus on improving the three competition movements, and accessory strength work. This class is ideal for athletes with 6+ months’ experience.
Strength Groundwork — This course will teach proper execution of the squat, deadlift, and press (bench and overhead). Over the duration of the 8-week course we’ll push your capacity to lift more than ever before. Each class includes guided warm-up, the programmed workout, which will include substantial hands-on technique work along with accessory strength work. This class is ideal for those who are new to weight training.

Head Coach — Jesse Irizarry. He is a former D1 Strength and Conditioning Coach and was mentored by Bill Gillespie and Dave Williams, two of the few CSCCa master strength coaches. He has close to ten years experience coaching and has competed in both Olympic Weightlifting and Powerlifting.
