It features high-intensity interval training, races and rhythm riding, two upper-body series and real-time performance tracking with our signature tech-pack and optional TorqBoard participation. We recommend that riders have experience with Fly 45 or Fly 60 before taking Fly 90;
Flywheel Dual Rides & Team Rides — Strength in numbers. These special 45-to-90-minute rides feature two or more Flywheel instructors;
Flywheel Theme Rides — These 45-to 90-minute classes are built around a musical (pop, grunge, rock, or hip-hop), pop culture or exercise-related theme;
