Muay Thai School USA offers a several different levels of classes in the specialized martial art of Muay Thai. Whether you are looking for a beginner class in Muay Thai, are a professional/amateur fighter, or somewhere in between, there is a class level for you. Additionally, we offer classes for fitness, stretching, and one-on-one private training. Classes are available for junior students as well, in the age groups of 5-8 years and 9-15 years old. We offer use of our gym to “work out while you wait” for your child during their class.

Unlike other gyms with random instructions, we focus on a systematic approach for Muay Thai. This method was established at the fighting camp of Sor Sakpichit gym in Thailand and Sri Nakharinwirot University in Thailand. This methodical approach combined with the watchful eyes of the trainers will insure knowledge and personal growth in Muay Thai.

We provide hands-on sparring with the instructor and with other students of similar weight and height. If the students want more experience, we let them get into the tournaments which we held at the gym every 2 months or less and we take them to other school tournament as well. This gives them a chance to practice in the ring with students from other schools all over California. We're also train amateur and professional fighters.

All of Foxy and Fierce Women’s Kickboxing Bootcamp classes are one hour and each class includes 25 to 30 minutes of strength training using free weights and other equipment and 25-30minutes of real Muay Thai (kickboxing) conditioning drills. Shadow boxing, hand mitt, kicking pads, and heavy bags are incorporated into every class. It is encourage to attend 5 days a week to get a proper full body workout with out over-training your muscles and to continually progress your kickboxing techniques (see below for weekly schedule). Instructors will vary the workouts from week to week to continually “shock” the body to lose weight and build muscle. We like it because it keeps our clients engaged and they never got bored of the same workout so every class feels new and exciting.
In order to accommodate both beginner and advanced clients in one class exercises and drills are modified to the clients specific needs so no matter what your fitness level you are always pushed, challenged, and continually learning.

A synthesis of the Jun Fan Martial Arts, Filipino Martial Arts (Kali, Escrima, Arnis) and the Indonesian Martial Arts (Pentjak Silat) forms the nucleus of the curriculum taught as the Magda Institute System. The training methods and techniques from other martial arts are also incorporated and utilized in the training process at the Magda Institute e.g. (Savate, Bersilat Muaythai).
