  • Yoga — A challenging workout using static and fluid postures. Increases your flexibility and maintains the range of motion in your joints. Creates a stronger body while releasing stress and fatigue. All levels are welcome;
  • Power Yoga — This workout incorporates fluidity of movement between poses, which makes for a more challenging experience. All poses can be modified;
  • Yogalates — East meets West in this, the ultimate in mind-body fitness. This class takes yoga and pilates and integrates them into one balanced system of core activation, stabilization, and a bliss that is bound to rock your world AND your abs;
  • Yoga & Meditation — A unique blend of yoga, meditation, and essential oils to calm and sooth. All levels are welcome and careful attention to detail will be taken with ALL students, especially those that are new to meditation;
  • Gentle Yoga — Classic yoga postures, breathing exercises, and meditation come together to harmonize body, mind and spirit. All levels;
  • Power Flow Yoga — A challenging workout using static and fluid postures. Increases your flexibility and maintains the range of motion in your joints. Creates a stronger body while releasing stress and fatigue. All levels are welcome.

  • Mosaic Physical Therapy is an experienced group of professionals dedicated to providing the highest quality of care in a comfortable and relaxed atmosphere. We offer one hour, one-on-one individualized treatments with a licensed physical therapist, customized to meet your needs;
  • Pilates — We're offering Pilates because it is one of the best exercise methods to help strengthen your core muscles safely. Our therapists may integrate Pilates into your rehabilitation program. You may also schedule either private or semi-private Pilates sessions with our expert Pilates instructors. Each one hour session is tailored to your level to help you meet your goals;
  • Gyrotonic® is a fluid system of exercises using wheelbases and suspended pulleys to create resistance. It is a system based upon yoga, ballet, swimming, dance, Tai Chi and gymnastics, which allows for full articulation of the joints while still addressing stability. Private sessions are also available;
  • Feldenkrais — Inefficient postures, body mechanics and movement patterns can play a role in the way our body feels and performs and in the presence of symptoms. Feldenkrais is a treatment technique that teaches through movement how our bodies can function in our daily lives in a more efficient manner;
  • Yoga Therapy — At Mosaic we will work together as a team to develop an individualized yoga practice to address your needs. If you are already a yoga student, we will teach you how to get the most out of your yoga practice.

  • Lori Rubenstein Fazzio — DPT, PT, MAppSc, C-IAYT. Education: Boston University, University of South Australia, Massachusetts General Institute of Health Professions, Loyola Marymount University. Certifications: Licensed Physical Therapist California and Florida, Pilates Certified (Retrofit Pilates), Certified Yoga Therapist (International Association of Yoga Therapist), iRest Yoga Nidra Level 1 Teacher;
  • Janice Date — PT, OCS, GCFP. Physical Education (California State University, Los Angeles). 4-year Feldenkrais training program with the Reese Movement Institute. She has been a Guild Certified Feldenkrais Practitioner since 1994. In 1998 Janice received her Board Certification in Orthopedic Clinical Specialty and she is a certified Pilates instructor;
  • Jennifer Cheng — Gyrotonic® and Pilates Instructor.
